I don't get it. Why pay $20 for a division title t-shirt or hat? I'm all for celebrating the Super Bowl, World Series, Stanley Cup, Bowl Game victory or whatever, but a division title?I'm a Dallas fan and Sunday's game was a great win, but to get the division title, they had to play better than 3 other teams (Giants, Eagles, and Redskins).
There's no way I'm paying $20 for a t-shirt that says my favorite team is better than three other teams.
I guess it depends on how big a deal that division title is to you as a fan.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why Yankee fans want anything short of a World Series championship cap or t-shirt, but I'm happy I bought my 2006 Mets N.L. East Champs t-shirt.
I get a kick out of teams that put up banners in their arena/staium that say "division champs"
